LABOR RATES:

Repair & Service: $185/hr

Custom Builds, Fabrication & Metalwork: $135/hr

I understand GMS Autoworx does not warranty or guarantee customer-supplied parts and that all related labor is billable regardless of outcome.

I understand restoration and custom fabrication timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.

I understand deposits are required for parts at the time of ordering and are non-refundable once ordered.

I acknowledge GMS Autoworx’s right to assert a Mechanic’s & Materialman’s Lien under Texas law for unpaid balances.

I understand vehicles left unpaid or unclaimed may be deemed abandoned under Texas law and subject to sale or disposal.

I authorize GMS Autoworx to obtain and retain a credit card on file by phone for approved charges.

I authorize GMS Autoworx to operate, test, move, and store my vehicle as necessary to perform requested services.
